李牮斯現任外貿協會與上市公司資深顧問，專精地緣經濟、尖端科技與商業模式趨勢研判。曾任丹佛、紐約、香港外資基金投資長與分析師逾 14 年，管理亞洲投資逾 $40 億美元。2018 年始，聚焦中美博弈、貨幣戰、川普革命、AI 與比特網絡等研究。畢業於科羅拉多學院經濟學士，曾留學日本早稻田大學及瑞典延雪平大學商學院，與外貿協會黃志芳董事長合著金書獎獲獎書籍《變局中的抉擇：大國博弈下 CEO 的必修課》。 James Lee is the Senior Advisor at TAITRA and a strategic advisor to publicly listed companies. He leads geoeconomic and emerging technology strategy and co-authored The Choices Amid Great Changes with the Chairman of TAITRA, James Huang, which won the 2024 Golden Book Award in Taiwan. Before entering public service, he began his institutional investment career at Janus Capital in Denver, later managed the Asia ex-Japan portfolio at Artio Global Investors in New York, and served as founder/CIO of an SFC-licensed hedge fund in Hong Kong.
