Mary Kay Ash: “Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.”
Muhammad Yunus: “Business is about problem-solving, but it does not always have to be about maximizing profit. When I went into business, my interest was to figure out how to solve problems I see in front of me. That’s why I looked at the poverty issue. I got involved in lots of things to address it, and one of them was money lending with loans and credits and savings accounts, and in the process I created Grameen Bank. So you can also have social objectives. Ask yourself these questions: Who are you? What kind of world do you want?”
Herb Kelleher, co-founder of Southwest Airlines: “One piece of advice that always stuck in my mind is that people should be respected and trusted as people, not because of their position or title.”
Mark Zuckerberg: “I think as a company, if you can get two things right–having a clear direction on what you are trying to do and bringing in great people who can execute on the stuff–then you can do pretty well.”
Oprah Winfrey: “Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.”

Michael Dell: “Don’t spend so much time trying to choose the perfect opportunity that you miss the right opportunity.”
Pierre Omidyar, founder of eBay “Whatever future you’re building, don’t try to program everything. Five-year plans never worked for the Soviet Union — in fact, if anything, central planning contributed to its fall. Chances are, central planning won’t work any better for any of us.”
James Dyson: “The key to success is failure. Success is made of 99 percent failure.”
Richard Branson: “Complexity is your enemy. Any fool can make something complicated. It is hard to keep things simple.”
Mark Cuban: “Work like there is someone working 24 hours a day to take it away from you.”
Reid Hoffman: “If you are not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you’ve launched too late.”
Jessica Alba, founder of the Honest Company: “The secret to using power is not to use it. Just having it is enough.”
