Yahoo正式以$2800萬美金收購廣告服務平台5：1

Yahoo 今天正式確定將以 $ 2800 萬美金的價格收購 5：1 ，一個主流媒體出版商與優質品牌的線上廣告聯盟。由超過 20 家大型媒體出版商組成 5：1 平台，讓主流媒體可以直接接觸優質品牌的廣告主，出售在質量上都較好的廣告服務。

Yahoo 相信透過這次收購，將有助於 Yahoo 維持自己在線上廣告範疇的領導地位，而 5：1 的團隊在收購後則將會成為 Yahoo Ad Marketplaces 的一部份。
