Flash 真的要說 bye bye了嗎？繼 iOS 和 Android 都表態不再支援 Flash 後，現在就連 Microsoft 即將推出的 Windows 8，裡頭的 IE 10 也要限制 Flash 的使用，那，Flash 還能活嗎？
Microsoft 的網站寫明，Windows 8 對於 Flash 的規劃如下：
1. Windows 8 推出時將會有兩個版本的 IE 10。一個是 desktop experience，另一個是 Windows UI experience。
2. 兩者都有內建的 Flash，desktop experience 的版本將可正常執行 Flash，但 Windows UI 的版本則不會執行 Flash，除非你的網站被 Microsoft 認可，在可執行的名單上！
3. 開發者可透過 meta tag 的方式來將開啟 Flash 的方式從 Windows UI 版本的 IE 轉向到 desktop experience 執行。
雖然，還有 desktop experience 的版本讓使用者可以正常執行 Flash，但可見的是 Flash 的開發者已經越來越麻煩了，尤其在 Windows UI 的版本有可能是 Windows 8 的主打功能。
